First Tee Jitters

First Tee Jitters

In a resent poll taken on our Instagram account we learned that over 80 percent of you suffer from first tee jitters.  It is totally understandable for sure!  I have found that the best way to overcome this is to plan!  Create a mentally stable pre-shot routine where you change the way you think.  First tee jitters come from over valuing the outcome.  If you play attention to your pre-shot routine and not outcomes.  Concentrate on doing the some things before you hit the ball.  Try it!  Please leave your comments below!
